Ahhh, the Eight Treasure Duck. I’m not quite sure what the eight treasures are, typically this dish includes Chestnuts, Ginko Nuts, Chinese Sausage, Sticky Rice, Ground Pork and of course, Duck. When cut opened it is all gloriously revealed.
